HOW IT WORKS
PTPC (Pty) Ltd & Home Owner Joint Venture
A Home Owner or Body Corporate with a suitable boundary wall wishing to go into a joint venture with PTPC (Pty) Ltd shall enjoy not only upgraded security but also the benefits of a monthly income, reduced noise pollution, beautification & market value enhancement of their property.
In exchange for this PTPC will have the sole right to advertise on the boundary wall for a period of 10 years (no interest).
How does it work:
The cost of this joint venture is dependent on location, feasibility and the length of the boundary wall. The Home Owner can budget on an estimated cost of R4 000 per running meter which includes:
- Legal fees.
- Building a temporary Palisade fence while construction is underway.
- Removal of old stack wall.
- Using existing wall to heighten boundary walls between homeowners.
- Digging foundation
- Pouring foundation
- Building a Double brick (9 Inch) wall, 1 meter tall.
- From 1 meter up to 2,8 meters . It will be a single brick wall with columns every 2 meters.
- Installation of razor spikes on top of the wall.
- Leveling of the garden as needed.
- Laying out the Paving for the edges.
- Plastic for rocks to lie on.
- Manufacture & installation of plant boxes.
- Filling boxes with soil and plants.
- Erecting frame structure that the advertising banners will be flighted on.
Return
The return to you the homeowner is a monthly income amount. This is secured by signing a Notarial Lease Agreement whilst you enjoy all benefits and the asset that belongs to you.

After 11 months of emails to the council about issues we experienced outside our boundary wall, such as vagrants sleeping, fires burning and bakkie builders dumping their rubbish. We had neither a positive response or a solution from the council. PTPC then came and built us a stronger, higher boundary wall and cleaned up the mess outside. I am happy to report that we no longer have these issues anymore.
